The power trio Tommy Kristiansen (guitar/vocals), Lars Christian Folkvord (bass) and Bjørn Sæther (drums) have lots of experience after working with a number of Norwegian artists – not least as part of the band for Norwegian singer Kurt Nilsen.
The three musicians have been house band in several major productions on television. Tommy started the blues band Tommy & The Runaway Boys at the age of 14, and in 2016 released the solo album “Divided”. He has also worked with artists such as Maria Mena, Madcon, Alan Walker and Beady Belle, “Tittan” Folkvord has a background in Gatas Parlament, Tommy Tee and Vidar Busk, and Sæther has collaborated with, among others, Maria Mena, Beady Belle and Bendik Brænne.
This power trio delivers old treasures from artists such as B.B. King, J.J. Cale and hidden gems from Jimi Hendrix’s Band Of Gypsy period. In addition to blues classics, they also draw inspiration from more modern blues artists such as Gary Clark Jr.
